Everything you need to know about your next mechanical keyboard.

What is the difference between Linear, Tactile, and Clicky switches?

Linear switches are smooth and quiet with no bump. Tactile switches have a noticeable bump at the actuation point for feedback. Clicky switches have both a tactile bump and an audible click sound.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we ship our mechanical keyboards and components worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.

What is your return policy for open-box items?

We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in original packaging. Please note that custom-built keyboards or soldered components may be subject to a restocking fee.

Are your keyboards compatible with macOS and Linux?

Most of our keyboards are plug-and-play compatible with Windows, macOS, and Linux. For models with dedicated software, we specify OS compatibility on the individual product page.

What does 'Hot-Swappable' mean?
